Software & Website Development – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the services, software updates, support, development, customization, renewal and payment terms applicable to Cloudazia Systems customers.

For Software Services:

1. Software Solutions We Offer

We offer software services, new software development, updates & ERP solutions.

2. Free Updates

Updates are provided free of charge during the active software license period.

3. Support, Training & Enhancement

Support, training and enhancement services are provided online as well as offline.

4. Additional Features / Customization

Any additional features or customization required will be provided as per mutual agreement, and the applicable development charges will be discussed before development. (Applicable on inhouse product development).

5. Renewal / Support Charges

After 1 year, 20% of the software cost will be applicable. (Support service included.)

6. Offer Validity & Installation Period

Once the software is booked, the installation must be completed within 30 days from the date of booking. Any offer provided at the time of booking will remain valid only if the installation is completed within this 30-day period.

7. Payment Terms:

All outstanding dues must be paid within 15 days from the date of software installation.

For New Website Development:

1. Advance Payment

5% advance payment is required at the time of booking the software development services.

2. Development Milestones

The remaining payment will be made as per the development stages/milestones.

3. Payment Before Deployment

Before deployment, all outstanding dues should be cleared.

4. Requirement Freeze & Development Cost

Once the requirements are frozen, the development cost will be finalized.

5. Additional Changes After Requirement Freeze

After the requirement freeze, any additional development or changes requested will be chargeable separately.
